Position Summary:
We are seeking a Product Manager, Clinical Marketing, who will play a central role at the intersection of marketing, medical education, and clinical research. This position helps shape how Enterra Medical’s clinical evidence is communicated to physicians, key opinion leaders, and the commercial organization.
This role leads the development of messaging, marketing materials, and training resources that reflect Enterra Medical’s clinical outcomes and supporting evidence. These materials are used for sales enablement, KOL engagement and advisory board initiatives, medical education programming, and activities that increase awareness and recruitment for ongoing clinical studies. The Product Manager partners closely with Marketing, Medical Education, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure clinical evidence is communicated clearly, consistently, and appropriately across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Marketing & Clinical Messaging
- Lead development and updates of HCP-facing clinical marketing collateral, clearly communicating mechanism of action, appropriate patient selection, and the clinical evidence behind the therapy.
- Define the clinical message strategy used across Commercial and Medical Education, informed by study outcomes and publications.
- Lead internal clinical training for new and existing sales team members, strengthening disease state knowledge, therapy differentiation, and objection handling.
- Guide physician engagement approaches and tailor segment-specific messaging based on distinct HCP customer groups and their clinical priorities.
- Lead content planning for HCP medical education activities, including speaker programs, advisory boards, webinars, and congress initiatives.
- Partner with Medical Education and Medical Affairs to ensure mechanism of action, patient selection, and clinical evidence are accurately represented in HCP programs.
- Lead HCP communication strategy for clinical study awareness and recruitment, grounded in clinical rationale and appropriate patient selection.
- Ensure study messaging and HCP outreach reflect current clinical evidence and align with the broader clinical and commercial narrative.
Position Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in clinical marketing or medical education within healthcare, life sciences, or medical devices required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field required. MBA, MPH, MS, RN or related advanced degree preferred.
- Ability to translate clinical data into clear and engaging messages.
- GI specialty preferred.
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Strong understanding of clinical research concepts and patient recruitment pathways.
Total Compensation: $160,000 - $185,000 DOE
