Medical Education Coordinator
Location: St. Louis Park, MN
Hours: Part Time 20-25 hours per week, 1-2 days in office, flexible schedule
Compensation: $23-26/Hour Depending on Experience

Job Summary: 
We are seeking a Medical Education Coordinator to support the planning, logistics, and execution of marketing and HCP educational initiatives for Enterra Medical. This position coordinates conference preparation, event materials, restaurant sourcing for local/regional programs, and other essential operational functions that ensure high quality medical education experiences.



Responsibilities:
Event Logistics & Coordination
  • Assist with the coordination of logistics for physician training and education events, including venue sourcing, AV needs, housing, and F&B.
  • Conduct restaurant sourcing for local and regional medical education events.
  • Provide coordination support for physician education initiatives such as APP/HCP/Fellows Courses, Webinars, Preceptorships/Proctorships, Society Conference Sponsorship Events and other medical education initiatives.
Conference Preparation
  • Organize the shipment of tradeshow exhibits, course materials, and special requests.
National Medical Education Course Preparation (APP, Physician & Fellows Programs)
  • Support the assembly and distribution of marketing and training resources (folders, demos, tradeshow kits, and models) by collaborating with vendors and internal team
  • Prepare printed collateral for medical education programs
  • Support Medical Education Specialist in logistic coordination and preparation
  • Support post-course activities
Webinar and Digital Program Support
  • Assist with coordination of webinar logistics, including scheduling, platform setup, runofshow development, and live-event support
Required Qualifications:
  • 1+ Years of experience in event coordination, scheduling, logistics support or equivalent
  • 1+ Years of experience in administrative, educational support or equivalent
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / O365
  • Experience with data entry, reporting or tracking learner outcomes.
  • Working knowledge with Zoom or Microsoft Teams
  • Ability to multitask and manage several projects

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates or bachelor's degree
  • Experience supporting education programs, academic departments or clinical teams
